Some producers are more hype than substance. Satori-C, born Colin Chapman, is not one of the aforementioned men. Chapman has been diligently plugging away in the Colorado music scene for a decade and a half now, amassing a respectable collection of career milestones along the way. Friends in Stereo a collaboration with fellow Denver producer PJ Stroller, was named “Best Club DJ” in Westword Magazine, headlining the second stage of Triad Dragons’ Global Dance Fest at Red Rocks, a bowling alley in St. Louis and even appearing at Miami’s Ultra. Solo gigs have taken him to NYC, San Francisco, Mexico City and Burning Man.
Now a multi label artist, Colin continues to engineer, remix and creat sound design work for the likes of XFer Records, Velcro City Records, Cold Buted, We Are Live, and BlackBridge.
